The next step is the only one you can take. A dashboard is anything that helps us break those big goals into daily action, and make it easier for us to tackle them.
A good dashboard should—
- Name the goals you’re working toward—and keep them visible
- Gather the digital tools you use (or need) to get work done
- Choose the metrics that reflect real progress—not busywork
- Organize weekly tasks across production, admin, sales, and marketing
We’ll also talk through how to know when your system is working—and when it’s not.
A dashboard should be a place you return to—a guide to help you stay focused, motivated, and honest about what matters to you and your practice.
