It's Friday again before we knew it.

Have you had a week (maybe this week) where you worked hard but you’re not sure what you actually moved?

It's not a character flaw. It might be a small ritual that's missing. It may also mean there is well-deserved positivity you're passing up on TOO.

Asking "where are you?" is just about the most empathetic thing we can do for one another (especially ourselves.) Knowing where you are is power. For a weekly ritual—

Relationships come first, then revenue.

Money matters, but it’s often lagging.

Tracking time tells you where your practice is getting fed.

When you’re the boss and the employee, you can also ask: how am I doing—really? Where should I have grace with myself? What's a clear step I can take to improve my own working conditions OR work/life balance?

YOU have that power.

A little ritual can go along way to preventing burnout and creating growth patterns.
