Attention and creative momentum for artists.

Many artists can focus deeply on their creative work but struggle to follow through on the business side — this workshop offers a practical framework for understanding how attention works across different kinds of work, and tools for reducing friction, overwhelm, and avoidance.

Creative Focus and Business Follow-through

(Pro-session)

Coworking with Creatives is a series of bi-monthly workshops with pop-up pro sessions—like this one!—to help artists build and grow a successful practice.

By the end of the workshop, participants will:

  • Understand why creative work and business work require different attention states
  • Recognize the common transition traps that disrupt follow-through
  • Learn practical strategies for reducing friction when shifting between types of work
  • Leave with a small set of tools for organizing attention, reducing overwhelm, and maintaining creative momentum

Participants will also receive a short set of companion resources that expand on these tools and help them design supportive systems for their own working style.

Who's the pro?

Luke Percy is an Embodiment Coach for driven individuals. He helps elite creatives pay closer attention to how their minds and bodies respond to pressure, stress, and uncertainty. Luke is also a licensed therapist based in Baltimore.

Working for yourself doesn't have to mean working by yourself.
