Creating Yearly Goals with the Management Dashboard
Coworking with Creatives is a series of monthly workshops on the second Monday of each month to help artists build and grow a successful practice.
What will we work on?
- Tour the BA Management Dashboard so you see how yearly goals, quarterly priorities, and weekly tasks live together.
- Draft 1–3 annual goals for each pillar (strategy, operations, comms, sales, finance/admin) inside the dashboard.
- Prioritize those goals into focuses and metrics so “next year” becomes “this quarter” and “this week.”
